Wolcott Senior Center
Senior Promises responded to the recent break-in and vandalism that occurred at the Wolcott CT Senior Center in late June 2021. Vandals destroyed computers, TV’s, smashed jars of food causing immense destruction and forcing the Center to temporarily close.
Senior Promises donated $300 in IGA gift cards to the Center to restock their food pantry and help feed their seniors once again.
Senior Promises has donated a wheelchair for a woman who was displaced from her home and her wheelchair broke in the process. Donations have also been granted for compression stockings, a walker, a wireless phone to help the senior feel more secure when walking around their home, a set of pots and pans, and clothing for a woman who could not afford warm winter clothes, and so much more!
